Budget for 2024

Partial list of my attempts to get official guidance from City, State or Power Co. on guidelines regarding the "Solar for Renters" California laws. Beginning in 2023, I've had no success so far.

Chase checking account activity for the months of January (partial) to April (partial), 2026. You'll note that it took landlord AFJ Investments until April, when I paid that month's rent, to deposit the previous month's check, occasioning some concern - understandable considering the state of our relations (see diary entry for 4-7-26).
